Soybean
The current weather in the major Soyabean producing states Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Rajasthan is favourable for the harvesting of the crop. The arrivals of the crop continue in these regions. Arrivals have also begun from the Vidarbha region of Maharashtra. The current weather will support the harvesting operations being carried out here.

Arhar
Light to moderate rainfall is expected in Tur producing districts of TN that will affect the flowering and pod development here. The crop is in late flowering stage in Madhya Pradesh and at flowering in Maharashtra where present weather will be helpful for pod development. Dry weather prevalent in Gujarat is favourable for pollination and pod development.

Mung
Moong arrivals are continuing in bulk in Maharashtra. Dry weather and mild temperatures are prevailing in the Moong producing districts of Uttar Pradesh and Bihar will benefit the Moong arrivals. However, light to moderate rainfall is forecast in south coastal and interior Karnataka and will affect the harvesting activities adversely.
