Cashew

Widespread rainfall forecast over Kerala, Tamil Nadu and scattered over Konkan and Goa may affect flowering of Cashew. Temperatures are optimum for flowering of the crop but excess rainfall may prove to be unhealthy. Heavy showers at this stage can reduce productivity. Rainy weather is also likely to induce pests and diseases infestations.
